The Term simply means that when you notice something you start to notice more of it and noticed things that go along with it. So like if you see a VW bug or you buy one, you start to notice how many are out on the road.

We’ve been told that the culture is going to crap.

Conspiracies people on one side have been told that things are rigged and that the media is unfair so when the news says something they don’t agree with, they see it as a lie and a trick. The deep state belief becomes ingrained in their mind. This leads to seeing a pattern.

If you are looking for the bad things, you will find it. I actually believe, if you look for the good, you will be more objective. AT LEAST MORE HAPPY. However, by looking for the good, you search out answers, you see opportunities to grow and learn.
