Watching this video by Dr Joe Dispenza, i finally realized that these new thoughts we have when writing and journaling are healing because they are new. Writing is cathartic, but even just by focusing on thoughts of gratitude and positivity, and writing down our good qualities, we break free from our thoughts that are created by the environment around us. (Our environment tells us to stay the same and don’t make changes.)
We change our paradigm into believing we can change and we can succeed. It begins with our thoughts.
